Why grind to very fine sizes if the ultra-fine product cannot be adequately recovered and sold for a premium?

Hicom’s engineers are available to advise on the most cost effective system for their customers. For dry processes, assessments are made on classifier efficiency, product collection, air volumes and static pressures. For wet applications, consideration is given to slurry rheology, cyclone capacity and efficiency and, if required, subsequent dewatering processes.

To achieve maximum performance, all aspects of the system must be working at the highest level of efficiency. Hicom provide a complete monitoring and control environment, linking the system to a central computer, to maximise efficiency, and coordinate maintenance.

The Hicom control system can also be easily linked to a customer's SCADA system if required.
