The fine product recovery system is an automatic reverse jet type fabric filter designed to accept sized product, which is received after grinding classification.

The equipment is designed to cope with the high product loadings encountered in the pneumatic transfer of ground materials and will also discharge dry, clean, uncontaminated system air into the atmosphere.

Product enters the receiver through a top distribution plenum while the conveying air discharges via top-mounted insertable filter collectors to prevent filter emissions.

Build-up of fine particles within the filter is removed automatically by rapid pulses of compressed air and the product is either stored in hoppers underneath the collector, or discharged to bagging or transfer equipment.
